Step-by-step instructions:
- Apply a generous amount of silicone oil to the inside of the suit to make it easier to put on.
- Remove all jewelry and sharp objects beforehand to avoid damaging the sensitive material.
- Carefully step through the leg openings one leg at a time.
- Pull the suit over your knees and then up to your thighs.
- Grasp the collar opening and pull it up to about the waist. Align the leg sections properly.
- Slowly work the suit up to below the chest.
