How can I pay for my purchases?

The payment of all ordered latex garments can be made by either a bank transfer, PayPal or a credit card.
If you opt to pay with a credit card, during the ordering procedure your credit card will be validated. Your account will be charged after and only if you finalize your order by order confirmation.
Your credit card data is and will not be saved in any way, it is not permitted to do so by law.
All the associated data is handled and processed directly by our payment-facilitator WireCard.

How much are shipping and handling costs?

We dispatch all our merchandise per austrian post. Our postage fees are depending on the target country.  
Exact details can be found in our Shipping section.
In the dispatch confirmation mail you will receive a tracking-link, where you can conveniently track the status of your delivery.

How can I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem your voucher by clicking on your shopping basket and enter the coupon code into the designated space. Sometimes we do send voucher links in our newsletters or some other promotional emails. In such a case, the voucher is validated when you click on the direct link and automatically entered into your shopping basket. Only one voucher may be redeemed per order.

I have not received the order confirmation email!

If you have not received your order confirmation mail, please contact us by email: office@simon-o.com
We will verify your email address and correct it, if need be.

What can I do, if I forgot my password?

What happens if at the time of delivery I am not at home?

If at the time of delivery you happen to not be at home, then the delivery person will deposit a notice of delivery in your mailbox, with which you can pick up your purchase at the nearest post office.

What do I do if the garments do not fit?

If your purchased latex garments do not fit, we will gladly exchange your items for the same in a more suitable size. Excluded are errors that occur on your part by taking false measurements. Since that all latex garments were tailor made just for you, an exchange, in case you do not like the purchase, is not possible.
Prior to sending it back, please contact us per email and then send the package with an accompanying letter back to us.

Can I have my latex garments repaired?

If you have purchased a latex outfit from us, then you also have the possibility to have a later occurring possible damage repaired by our shop. If something breaks on your catsuit, we will not abandon you. Little things (like small cracks or holes of up to 10 cm) we will gladly repair free of charge as our token of appreciation, if the suit is not older than 12 months. You will only have to cover the postage fees. Please make sure that if you send in garments for repair, the latex is thoroughly cleaned! In case that the received latex requires cleaning, i.e. it was sent in unwashed, we will bill you for the single cleaning procedure € 20.

Will my data be transmitted safely and protected?

Your personal data during the ordering process are being encrypted with a 1024-bit SSL-connection and as such transmitted online. Your credit card data is not being saved, but being directly handled and processed by our payment-facilitator WireCard. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always treat your access information confidentially and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share your computer with others.
